Article 21
21.01
This Agreement shall be binding upon Employees and the Union. The Union shall not through its By-Laws, Constitution or otherwise, change any of the Articles or intent of this Agreement, nor shall the Employers make any rules or issue any instructions that are contrary to this Agreement, or the intent of this Agreement.
21.02
This Agreement defines the entire relationship between the parties for the term of this Agreement and, except as herein specifically provided for, neither party shall during the term of this Agreement, have any obligation to bargain with respect to any matter not covered by this Agreement nor concel'l1ing any change or addition thereto. - 22 -
