Article 22
22.01
The Employer agrees to deduct an amount equivalent to the International Union of Elevator Constructors Local 125(A) Dues from the wages of Employees who give a written authorization to the Employer to make such deductions in the form set out in Appendix "B".
22.02
Such deduction shall be forwarded to the International Union of Elevator Constructors by the fifteenth (15th) day of the month following the month for which such deductions were made.
22.03
The International Union of Elevator Constructors agrees to keep the Employer harmless from any claims against the Employer by an Employee which arise out of deduction under this Article.
