The Employer shall provide a safe and dry place for employee's tools.

The Contractor shall furnish all other necessary tools or equipment. Workers will be held the responsible for the tools or equipment issued to them providing the Contractor furnishes necessary lockers, gang boxes, or other safe places for storage.
