BEREAVEMENT LEAVE
26.01
The Employer shall pay three (3) days bereavement leave to any Employee who suffered the loss of a member of their immediate family (parents, spouse, common law partner, children, grandchildren, brothers, brother-in-law, sisters, sister-in-law, step-brothers, step-sisters, step-children, father-in-law, mother-in-law and grandparents,)
26.02
Such leave shall not be made for time that would not normally have been worked by the Employee, and under no circumstances will pay be granted for overtime missed as a result of the absence.
