MANAGEMENT RIGHTS

The Union agrees and acknowledges that the Employer has the exclusive rights, subject to this Agreement, to manage the business, including the right to hire, direct, promote, increase or decrease the working force and to discharge employees for just cause.

Any employee who has been discharged shall have access to the Grievance Procedure.
