(1) Employers shall ensure that scaffolds used by their workers are in safe condition, regardless of who erected the scaffolds.
158(2)
A scaffold shall be erected, altered and dismantled by, or under the direct supervision of, qualified workers.
158(3)
A scaffold shall be inspected daily before use and after a modification.
158(4)
A damaged scaffold component shall not be used until it has been effectively repaired.
