(1) A pumpjack scaffold made of metal

shall not be more than 13.7 metres in height; and shall not be more than 7.3 metres in height; and shall be used only as a light duty scaffold; and
176(b)
shall be braced every 4.6 metres, starting at the base of the scaffold. shall be braced every 3 metres, starting at the base of the scaffold. shall not be used by more than 2 workers at one time.
