Except as provided in section 179 , a tubular metal scaffold shall
178(a)
be erected in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and specifications, including bracing in both vertical and horizontal planes;
178(b)
have all components installed and connected using the fasteners specified by the manufacturer, or fasteners of equivalent quality; and
178(c)
be maintained in a condition which meets the manufacturer's specifications.
