A scaffold shall be erected and used in accordance with the written instructions of a professional engineer where the scaffold
180(a)
exceeds 25 metres in height;
180(b)
exceeds 20 metres in height where stairways are included as part of the scaffold;
180(c)
is used to support a temporary floor;
180(d)
is subject to loads which can cause overturning; or
180(e)
is suspended from a structure.
