A work platform mounted on the forks of a lift truck shall be designed by an engineer or conform to a standard acceptable to the minister and
216(a)
securely attached to the lifting carriage or forks;
216(b)
provided with perimeter guardrails meeting the requirements of sections 28 and 30 ;
216(c)
equipped with guarding to prevent occupants from contacting a hazardous part of the lifting machinery; and
216(d)
clearly marked with the rated load of the platform.
