A swing stage shall not be used without the prior permission of the minister when
221(a)
there are 2 or more work platforms at different levels on one swing stage assembly;
221(b)
one swing stage is used above or below a portion of another swing stage;
221(c)
there is bridging between swing stages;
221(d)
a work platform exceeds 10 metres in length; or
221(e)
the suspension height exceeds 90 metres.
