A hanger or stirrup used for supporting a swing stage shall
235(a)
be made of mild steel or other metal having similar properties, but shall not be made of wire rope;
235(b)
have a minimum safety factor of 10 based on the ratio of the ultimate load carrying capacity of the stirrup or hanger to the static load; and
235(c)
be effectively fastened to the swing stage platform to prevent inadvertent separation.
