(1) A rollover protective structure shall be certified by the manufacturer or a professional engineer as meeting a standard specified in section 262 .
263(2)
An addition, modification, welding or cutting on a rollover protective structure shall be done in accordance with the instructions of, and be recertified by, the manufacturer or a professional engineer.
