A concrete placing boom and mast shall be
391(a)
inspected in accordance with good engineering practice at intervals not exceeding 12 months;
391(b)
repaired where necessary; and
391(c)
certified safe for use by a professional engineer, the manufacturer or the manufacturer's authorized agent.
