PART XIX GENERAL BLASTING — Storage and handling

(1) The handling and transport of explosives shall be conducted in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Explosives Act ( Canada ), the Fire Prevention Act, 1991 and the Dangerous Goods Transportation Act and regulations under those Acts.

Explosives shall be stored, handled and used in the manner recommended by the manufacturer.
