(1) Floors, platforms and decks of wharves and floating equipment shall be kept in good repair and free from hazards.

Clear passageway shall be provided on a wharf deck in an area where lines may be handled.

Curbs and bullrails shall be installed on open sides of floats, docks, wharves, piers and other areas where mobile equipment is used.

Curbs or bullrails shall be of substantial construction and shall be a height of at least 25.40 centimetres above the deck level.
