PART XXVI ELECTRICAL OPERATIONS — Qualifications

(1) Tree pruning or falling within the minimum distances specified in subsection 498 (3) from overhead energized high voltage conductors shall be carried out by a qualified worker who has been authorized by the owner of the power system to perform the work.
505(2)
Tree pruning or falling is not permitted within the minimum distances specified in subsection 498 (3) from overhead high voltage energized conductors unless
505(a)
a qualified worker is present at the site and directing the work; and
505(b)
at least one additional person, trained in appropriate emergency rescue procedures, is present.
