PART XXVIII GENERAL MINING REQUIREMENTS — Ground control log book

An employer shall maintain a ground control log book for surface and underground mines, showing
525(a)
the time, date and location of all tests relating to the requirements of the ground control procedures;
525(b)
in the event there is ground movement in the mine, details of the records of the ground monitoring devices in the area affected before the ground movement;
525(c)
details of uncontrolled falls of ground;
525(d)
details of working ground, tension cracks or other signs of instability;
525(e)
details of rockburst and seismic events;
525(f)
damaged supports; and
525(g)
measurements taken from monitoring devices.
