PART XXVIII GENERAL MINING REQUIREMENTS — Rock bolts

(1) Rock bolts or similar devices installed in a mine on or after the effective date of these regulations shall comply with the following:
527(a)
the requirements of CSA standard CAN/CSA-M430, "Roof and Rock Bolts, and Accessories"; or
527(b)
generally accepted engineering principles.
527(2)
Rock bolts shall be properly installed and tested in accordance with the ground control procedures established under section 524 .
527(3)
Rock bolts shall be installed to within 1.5 metres of the face.
527(4)
The rock bolts shall be installed after each hole is drilled.
527(5)
A record of the tests required by subsection (2) shall be made available to an officer upon request.
