PART XXIX UNDERGROUND OPERATIONS — Presence on sub-level prohibited

Where a mechanical raise climber or hoisting device is the sole means of access for persons to and from the workplace, a worker shall not remain on a sub-level, landing, staging or other place in a raise when the mechanical raise climber or hoisting device is moved from the place.
