A worker shall not enter a drawpoint, chute, transfer raise or other mine opening used for the passage of ore, rock or other material by gravity in which the material is hung up, unless
563(a)
a written hazard assessment is conducted by the supervisor and the worker; and
563(b)
appropriate safe work control measures have been implemented.
