PART XXX SHAFTS, HOISTS AND CONVEYANCES — Record books

An employer shall maintain the following record books for a mine where a hoist is used for hoisting persons or material in a shaft:
606(a)
hoist operator's log book;
606(b)
machinery record book;
606(c)
rope record book;
606(d)
shaft inspection record book; and
606(e)
electrical hoisting equipment record book.
