PART XXX SHAFTS, HOISTS AND CONVEYANCES — Work at different elevations

An employer shall not permit work to be done simultaneously in a shaft at more than one elevation unless the workers in the lower elevation are protected from the danger of falling objects by a covering extending over as much of the shaft as necessary to provide complete protection from the danger.
