(1) An employer and a blaster shall ensure that a worker unravels or unwinds detonator leg wires slowly when a charge is lowered into a drill hole or borehole.

A worker shall not unravel or unwind detonator leg wires by
644(a)
throwing them on the ground; or
644(b)
dragging them along the ground.
