A driver of a haulage truck shall not
674(a)
operate the vehicle in reverse for a distance greater than 4 truck lengths on a dump; or
674(b)
operate the vehicle in reverse for a distance greater than 4 truck lengths on a stockpile, ramp, road, or a ramp or road that is under construction, unless the stockpile, ramp or road has a positive gradient of more than 5% or the driver is trained in an approved written safe work procedure for the task.
