PART XI INJURY FUND AND ASSESSMENTS — Employer to pay assessments

(1) An employer shall pay into the injury fund those assessments that may be levied by the commission and where an assessment or a part of an assessment is not paid in accordance with the terms of the levy the commission has a right of action against the employer in respect of an amount unpaid, together with costs of the action.
120(2)
Notwithstanding a provision respecting estimates of payrolls and notice to employers, an employer, without demand from the commission, shall pay to the commission the full amount of assessments levied in accordance with this Act.
