PART XI INJURY FUND AND ASSESSMENTS — Calculation of payroll

In calculating and adjusting the amount of payroll of an employer, the commission shall base the employer's assessment on only that portion of the payroll that is paid to the worker that is equal to or less than the maximum compensable assessable earnings.
