T he cost of investigations conducted by a medical committee under section 107 shall be paid out of the injury fund,
129(a)
as a charge on the industries allocated under this Act to the same class as that of the employer of the worker, where the claim is accepted; and
129(b)
as part of the administrative expenses of the commission, where the claim is denied.
