Subparagraph 201.1(1)(m)(viii) of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act is amended by deleting the reference " Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act " and substituting the reference " Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, 2022 ".
