PART II WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY — Application of Part

(1) This Part applies to workplaces to which, and to workers and employers to whom, the Occupational Health and Safety Act or Part III.1 of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation and Offshore Renewable Energy Management Newfoundland and Labrador Act applies.

Notwithstanding section 2, words used in this Part that are defined in the Occupational Health and Safety Act have the meaning given to them by that Act.
25(3)
Notwithstanding subsection (2), where a workplace is situated within the offshore area, as defined in the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation and Offshore Renewable Energy Management Newfoundland and Labrador Act , words used in this Part that are defined in Part III.1 of that Act have the meaning given to them by that Act.
