PART V COMPENSATION AND RIGHT OF ACTION — Compensation may be apportioned

(1) Where compensation is payable to dependents under section 75, the commission may apportion the compensation among the dependents in the manner and to the degree that the commission considers appropriate in the circumstances.
78(2)
Notwithstanding subsection (1), the commission shall not pay in respect of dependents a total amount greater than is provided for the respective dependents under section 75.
