PART V COMPENSATION AND RIGHT OF ACTION — Household to be continued

Where a worker in relation to whom section 75 applies does not leave a spouse or cohabiting partner or where the spouse or cohabiting partner of the worker dies, and in the opinion of the commission it is desirable to continue the existing household and where a suitable person acts as a guardian in keeping up the household and maintaining and taking care of the children entitled to compensation in a manner which the commission considers satisfactory, the guardian, while so doing, is entitled to receive the same monthly payments of compensation as if the guardian were the spouse or cohabiting partner of the deceased.
