(1) Extended earnings loss benefits being paid to a worker may be reviewed periodically by the commission.
84(2)
Where a worker is in receipt of extended earnings loss benefits,
84(a)
the Consumer Price Index for Canada as published by Statistics Canada shall be applied annually to the worker's estimated annual earnings before the commencement of the worker's loss of earnings resulting from the injury; and
84(b)
the benefits shall be recalculated in accordance with subsection 83(2).
