Duration of Agreement

This Agreement shall be effectiv e fro m December 14, 2022 and shall remain in effect until A\ pril 30, 2027 and from year to year thereafter unless notice is giv €n not more than ninety (90) and not less than thirty (30 ) days before the expiry date by the party desirous of a change.
