Occupational health and safety officers

(1) There may be appointed, in the manner provided by law, occupational health and safety officers of the division, and other employees who may be necessary for the administration of this Act and the regulations.
21(2)
The minister may designate certain occupational health and safety officers as inspectors for the purposes of another Act or part of an Act that is to be administered by the division.
