No personal liability

(1) An officer is not personally liable for anything done or omitted to be done by the officer in the performance of duties under this Act or the regulations.
22(2)
Notwithstanding subsection 5(4) of the Proceedings Against the Crown Act, the liability of the Crown in respect of anything done or omitted to be done by an officer in the performance of duties under this Act or the regulations is the same as if subsection (l) were not in force.
