Requirement to provide assistance
26.2
The owner or operator of a workplace and a person found there shall give the assistant deputy minister or officer reasonable help to enable the assistant deputy minister or officer to carry out duties and functions under this Act and shall provide the information that the assistant deputy minister or officer may reasonably require.
