Rescission of orders

The assistant deputy minister or officer who makes an order under sections 27 to 30 shall not rescind the order unless satisfied that the work, tool, appliance or equipment has been remedied so as not to pose a threat to the health and safety of the workers and self-employed persons engaged in the work or using the tool, appliance or equipment.
