Appeal from order

(1) An order made under sections 27 to 30 and section 42.2 by an officer may be appealed to the assistant deputy minister within 7 days of the order.
32(2)
An appeal under subsection (1) shall be in writing.
32(3)
The assistant deputy minister shall begin an investigation of the appeal within 24 hours of its receipt.
32(4)
The assistant deputy minister may confirm, revoke or vary the order of the officer.
