Appeal to board

The decision of the board is final and not subject to review by a court.
33
(1) An order made under sections 27 to 30 and section 42.2 by the assistant deputy minister or made by an officer and confirmed or varied by the assistant deputy minister under section 32 may be appealed to the board within 30 days of the order, or the confirmation or variation of an officer's order by the assistant deputy minister.
33(2)
The board may confirm, revoke or vary the order of the assistant deputy minister, or the assistant deputy minister's confirmation or variation of an officer's order.
