36.1
(1) Where 20 or more workers are employed at a workplace, the employer shall establish and maintain an occupational health and safety program in accordance with the regulations.
36.1(2)
An occupational health and safety program shall be established in consultation with the occupational health and safety committee at the workplace.
36.1(3)
An occupational health and safety program shall include those documents that may be prescribed in the regulations.
36.1(4)
An occupational health and safety program shall be in writing and shall, when requested, be provided to the occupational health and safety committee, a worker at the workplace and an officer.
