ADMINISTRATION OF AGREEMENT

In order that the terms and provisions of this Collective Agreement are applied in a uniform and impartial manner, the Union and the Employer agree to meet at least twice each year for the purpose of discussing mutual problems and matters of interest.

The Employer shall contribute an amount, in cents-per-hour in accordance with the Wage and Benefit Schedule as set out in the Appendix attached hereto, for every hour worked, including waiting and reporting time, by its employees covered under this Agreement; such monies to be used to defray costs involved and incurred in the negotiation and administration of this Agreement and matters related thereto, including the expenses of the Boilermaker Contractors' Association. Contributions on all overtime hours shall be calculated at the applicable overtime rate (i.e. 1 ½ or 2).
