37.01
This Agreement shall become effective on October 30, 2022 and shall remain in full force and effect until April 30, 2027, and shall continue from year to year thereafter, but should either party wish to change, add to, or amend this Agreement, it may give notice in writing within ninety (90) days but no less than thirty (30) days previous to April 30, 2022.
37.02
When such notice is given, both parties hereto shall convene a joint meeting within twenty (20) days of receipt of such notice or on any date agreed on by both parties.
