BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE EMPLOYEE LIFE AND HEALTH TRUST

To administer the Employee Life and Health Trust, a Board of Trustees consisting of six (6) persons shall be formed. Three (3) persons shall be appointed by the Union and three (3) by the Contractors signatory to this Agreement. For decision-making purposes, a minimum of four (4) persons are required, two (2) designated by the Union and two (2) from the Contractors.
