BEREAVEMENT LEAVE

Bereavement Pay The employer shall pay up to three (3) days funeral leave to any employee who suffers the loss of a member of their immediate family; parents, stepparents, spouse, children, brothers, sisters, stepbrothers, stepsisters, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, — sister-in-law, grandparents, and grandchildren).

Bereavement Leave Such leave shall not be made for the time that would not normally have been worked by the employee and under no circumstances will pay be granted for overtime missed as a result of the absence.
