In this Part
39(a)
"adoption leave" means a leave of absence under section 43;
39(b)
"parent" includes a person with whom a child is placed for adoption;
39(c)
"parental leave" means a leave of absence under section 43.3; and
39(d)
"pregnancy leave" means a leave of absence under section 40.
