12.01
The primary jurisdiction of the Union relative to the wage scale and working conditions shall include the City of st. John's and the town of Mount Pearl. The primary jurisdiction is shown on an approved map attached hereto as Appendix "A". The secondary jurisdiction of the Union relative to the working conditions shall include the balance of the Province. - 16-
12.02
Employees will travel on their own time within the primary jurisdiction.
12.03
The secondary jurisdiction shall include the balance of the territory within the jurisdiction of the Union.
