ACCESS TO SHOPS AND JOB SITES

The Business Manager of the Local Union, or their appointed assistants, or the International Representative shall be allowed access to any shop or job site where workers are employed under the terms of this Agreement, after receiving the approval of employer's or owner’s representative. The Employer also recognizes the authority of the International Representative with regard to negotiations and the Local Union.
