RECLASSIFICATION PROTECTION
33.01
No employee shall be reclassified so that they will receive any lesser rate of pay or condition of employment than that which was received before the signing of this Agreement. For purposes of interpretation, all employees who are classified as lineperson, whether 1st or 2nd Class, before the signing of this Agreement, shall henceforth be considered lineperson when computing rates of pay in Schedule "B" attached.
