PART VIII MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT — Powder actuated tools standards

A powder actuated fastening system, consisting of the tool, power loads and fasteners, shall meet the requirements of:
105(a)
ANSI Standard A10.3-1995 "American National Standard for Construction and Demolition Operations -- Safety Requirements for Powder-Actuated Fastening Systems";
105(b)
CSA Standards for Powder Actuated Devices; or
105(c)
other authority acceptable to the minister.
